A man finds himself in the presence of the Devil, who drags him to hell, where others share his torments. Trapped in a vicious cycle of shame and wounded pride, they find themselves stripped of meaning as the final hour approaches.

The film draws on inventions based on Chekhov, Shakespeare, and Dostoevsky, arranged in a non-conventional, fragmented structure whose core is an enigmatic poem by Diego Borges.
